Hi Easton...It's Grandma.

Today was our first day together as Mom had to go back to work this morning. I stayed at your house this first day, but your mom is bringing you over to our house in the morning. I got your room all ready this afternoon when I got home, so we are fixed up! I am looking forward to having you stay here at Ama and Papa's house so Papa can see a lot of you too.

We had a good day today...you were such a sweet boy and were a really happy little guy most of the day. There was only one time that you got a little impatient with me...when I didn't get your bottle ready in a timely fashion. You will have to go easy on Ama until she gets her 'baby legs' on! It will take me a little bit to get the hang of having an itty bitty one to care for, but I am a fast learner, so I should catch on pretty quick.

Your mom was so glad to see you this afternoon and you just smiled when you saw her. It was like 'oh thank goodness, mommy is home! She is my favorite person in the whole world...and daddy too.' You gave him a great big smile too! Mom missed you a lot! You smiled at me today too, but I really had to work at it! It is so cute when you smile and 'talk'. I am going to love watching you grow in every way!

Well, I had better get some sleep, because you will be here bright and early in the morning. I can't wait!
