A special day!

Hi Easton...it's Ama,

On Sunday Papa and I got to be with you and Mom and Dad at your baptism and Mommy's too. What a special day that was for all of us! Congratulations and many many blessings, Sweet Angel Boy! We were all sooo very proud to share in this special time for you both!

And Wow! Your first tooth just popped out today as it has been trying to do for weeks now. Of course, this is the first of many more to come in the next few months. Hopefully they won't cause you too much trouble...you are still in a pretty good mood most of the time in spite of those ole toofies coming in. They can be such a bother!!

I have had such a busy summer that I have not had a chance to do much posting here, so this one is long overdue. I just couldn't miss the opportunity to congratulate you on your first little tooth! And also, I wanted to tell you that I am soooo looking forward to our time together next month when Mom and Dad go back to work. I know they are not looking forward to leaving you during the day, but at least you can be with me and Papa! And we are so happy to be taking care of you for them.

Your papa and I are taking a little vacation down to the condo tomorrow so, once again, we will be gone from you for a couple of weeks. By the time we get back you will probably have another tooth coming in beside the other one! I got to spend some time with Austin at his new house just recently and guess what?? He is getting some more new teeth too, only his are the big ones in the back called molars. So see, you will be getting teeth for a loooonnnng time!

Thanks for taking me and Papa out to dinner tonight along with Mom and Dad. It was so nice to get to see you today. You have been at Nana's house since the weekend, so I know you had a good time with them. We will miss you while we are gone, but will be back before you know it. Wish you could go with us, but that will have to wait until you are a little bit older.
